Book up to 30 days out, cancel free up to 24 hours before. Just tell us your party size and time. Small rooms fit 1–6 guests, Large rooms 7–12, the VIP room 13–30. The VIP room takes a deposit.

Yes. Same-day works if rooms are available.

Yes. Sign up in person to join the walk-in list. We can't add anyone to the waitlist over the phone.

Rooms are billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. Want more time? It's yours if there's no waiting list.

Yes, as long as the room's still free — no reservation coming up on it, and no one waiting for it.

We hold your room for a 15-minute grace period after your start time. Running late? Give the store a call to let us know. We can't guarantee your original time and party size will still be available.

Absolutely. Private rooms built for birthdays and every kind of celebration.

Yes. Corporate events, team outings, private parties, bring them on. For any parties over 30, reach out through the Groups & Events tab.

Absolutely. Every room is private, and the song catalog is family-safe by default. We open at 12pm every day, and the unlimited soft serve wins over everyone.

No minimum. But do yourself a favor and try the food and drinks.

Cakes are welcome, just give us a heads-up in advance. Outside food is fine too. Outside drinks are not.

Yes. Beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits for guests 21 and older with valid identification.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every alcohol purchase.

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building.

Yes, keep it small: balloons, table decorations, lightweight wall decorations, and small battery-powered lighting. What stays home: confetti, glitter, open-flame candles or sparklers, tape or adhesives that damage the walls, anything hung from our ceiling fixtures, smoke or fog machines, anything that damages furniture or fixtures, and large backdrops that block the entrance.
